I have a horse that parents were registered but she never was. Now three years later a fire happened and her parents papers were lost. And no one can remember their real names. And my grandfather never reg. them in his name. I would like to register her.
My horse is a paint. You can look at her and tell. Would it be possible to register through the PHA. with DNA to back it up?
