I'm writing a paper on capital punishment a.k.a the death penalty and I need to know the availability of DNA testing. I've been looking around but haven't found anything solid, I did find someone comment that only 10% of homicide cases had it available to them though but I'm not sure how true that is. Please help. Thank you, oh, list sources please :)
