The cases, more in Texas than any other state, of a disproportional number of african-american men having to proove themselves innocent after a DA has worked hard to keep them locked up is discusting to me.
Why do DA's do this? Do they get embarresed if their prosecution is prooven to be invalid? Do they think the voters will like them for it? Are they simply just racist?
